Welcome to Wealthy Fields Farm. Here, we nurture the soil to grow healthy maize and raise cattle sustainably in Melfort, Zimbabwe.

We supply quality fresh maize, along with cabbage and groundnuts to local markets. As part of our operations, we also produce prime beef. Our cattle operation does double duty, providing premium beef to local abbatoirs while also contributing to our regenerative agriculture system. Our cattle graze on carefully managed pastures and their manure returns vital nutrients to our croplands. This reduces our dependence on artificial fertilisers, in our bid to put the "soil first".

Our Services

Maize Crop

We nurture our maize fields using soil-first methods for rich harvests. Our varieties of choice are the ever-popular high yield SC637, SC657 and SC659, as well as the consumer favourite 'Hickory King'.

Cattle Ranching

Our cattle are reared with respect to nature and animal welfare. Our herd includes various quality breeds from Borans and Brahmans, to even Red Danes.

We balance livestock with crops to keep our soil healthy and thriving. Although our produce is not fully organic yet, we are on our way. We also include regenerative and conservation agriculture principles in our operations, including minimum tillage.
